Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, team handling, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the assigned region.
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, business events,



and networking programs.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or GCC (Middle East) market recruitment.
- Experience working with clients or businesses in GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
