Job Description (JD) for a footwear store manager focuses on four core areas:

- Sales & Customer Service: Meet monthly sales goals, assist customers with the right fit, and handle returns or complaints.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and schedule staff so the sales floor always has enough coverage.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, organize shoes in the stockroom, and run audits so popular sizes do not run out.
- Store Operations & Merchandising: Ensure the store is clean, displays look attractive, and register money balances out at the end of the day.
- Key Responsibilities
-  Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
-  Achieve monthly sales targets and store KPIs.
-  Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
-  Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
-  Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment.




-  Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
-  Handle billing, cash management, and daily store reports.
-  Coordinate with warehouse and head office for stock movement.
