Job Summary

We are looking for a confident Telemarketing Executive to generate leads and connect with potential

clients for our customs clearance and freight forwarding services. The role involves cold calling, follow-

ups, and fixing appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

 Make daily outbound calls to importers, exporters, and businesses

 Introduce company logistics and freight forwarding and CHA services

 Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

 Follow up with interested prospects

 Maintain call records and client data in Excel

 Achieve calling targets

Requirements





 Graduate in any field

 1–2 years' experience in tele calling / tele sales / customer calling(CHA)

 Good English-speaking skills

 Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with cold calling

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email

Preferred

 Experience in logistics, courier, shipping and calling

 Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

 Target-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹12,545.11 - ₹20,000.00 per month
