* Customer Support Executive – Healthcare Industry
Deepam Hospitals Group is hiring Customer Support Executives for our Voice Process team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle patient calls and provide accurate information
- Schedule and manage appointment bookings
- Resolve patient queries professionally
- Coordinate with hospital departments
- Maintain call records and reports
Eligibility:
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-friendly and polite attitude
- Experience in Healthcare or Customer Support is preferred
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply
Job Details:
* Location: West Tambaram, Chennai
