Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Duration : Full-time Internship (3–6 months)

Stipend : 15000- 20000 INR

About The Role :

Nova Benefits is looking for a SDE intern who is motivated to build products that users love and is passionate about developing robust systems that back them. Preferably someone who has a background in CSE and very keen to learn.

Role and responsibilities are :

- Build and ship real features in production
- Work with technologies like Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, VueJS
- Pair with experienced engineers and participate in design reviews
- Contribute to code that directly impacts our users
- Learn how to write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Who You Are :





- Strong problem-solving and coding fundamentals (DSA, algorithms)
- Comfortable in at least one language (we mostly use JS/TS, but Python, Go, etc. is fine)
- Curious and self-driven — we love people who teach themselves
- Bonus: You've done side projects, contributed to open source, or built something fun

What’s the Interview Like?

We keep it simple:

1. Short async challenge (30–60 min)

2. Tech interview with the engineering manager (real problems, team-oriented)

3. Final interview with Yash Gupta - CTO, Co-founder
