Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Numerical Control Machine Operator to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing mechanical components and systems for laboratory automation, chemical processing equipment, and custom machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical systems, assemblies, and components for laboratory and industrial equipment.
- Work closely with electronics and software teams to integrate mechanical designs into automated systems.
- Prepare 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Select appropriate materials, pumps, and fittings for fluid handling and chemical compatibility.
- Perform tolerance analysis, stress analysis, and design optimization.
- Supervise fabrication, prototyping, and assembly of equipment.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of developed systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.




- Collaborate with R&D; and production teams to improve design efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering but its not mandatory.
- Proficiency in CAD software ( Fusion 360, or equivalent).
- Experience with prototyping, machining, and fabrication.
- Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and material selection.
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, pressure systems, and laboratory/mechanical equipment design is desirable.
- Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects (mechanical + electronics + automation).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in laboratory or chemical equipment design.
- Exposure to automation projects (syringe pumps, reactors, etc.).
- Hands-on knowledge of pressure/flow control systems.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
