The Role: Graduate Engineer Trainee (WH Operations)

We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical engineering graduates who are eager to build a career in Supply Chain Operations.

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you'll gain practical exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, planning, and supply chain analytics while working closely with cross-functional teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day supply chain operations across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining stock accuracy using inventory management principles such as FIFO, LIFO, Safety Stock, and Reorder Point.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Assist in tracking inbound and outbound shipments and resolving operational issues.
- Work with both B2B and B2C operations to support seamless order fulfillment.
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning,



Operations, Finance, Customer Support, and Procurement.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

QualificationsEducation

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech).

Technical Skills

- Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management concepts (FIFO, LIFO, Safety Stock, and Reorder Point).
- Understanding of B2B and B2C Operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and Basic Formulas).
- Basic knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with data and derive actionable insights.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Good attention to detail and process orientation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
