Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience while supporting business growth and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.




- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service quality.
- Prepare customer service reports and maintain performance records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
