Experience : 4 years ( 2 years in managerial role ) car sales

Job Location : Udaipur

Role & Responsibilites :

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Monitor sales performance, CRM updates, and test drives.
- Support the team in customer handling, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and submit regular sales reports.
