We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Kottayam Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, managing day-to-day operations, leading the branch team, achieving admission targets, and ensuring an exceptional student experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of the Kottayam branch.
- Lead, motivate, mentor, and supervise the branch team.
- Achieve monthly branch sales and admission targets.
- Monitor student enquiries, follow-ups, registrations, and admissions.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and proper documentation.
- Deliver ethical and professional counselling to students and parents.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and institutional partners.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processing.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
- Maintain discipline, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of branch employees.
- Handle student concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Branch Management, Education Consultancy, Admissions, Sales, or Operations.
- Proven experience in team management and target achievement.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation

- Starting Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
- Other employment terms shall be as per the Company's policies.
