We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and service-oriented F&B; Captain with Bar Experience to lead our restaurant floor operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Location: Kochi
Position: F&B; Captain (Bar Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead the restaurant service team during daily operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and a memorable dining experience.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and service quality.
- Train, motivate, and guide stewards and service staff.
- Monitor table setup, service flow, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Support beverage sales and upselling initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an F&B; Captain,



preferably in a restobar or bar environment.
- Hands-on experience in bar operations and beverage service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards, cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
