Job Responsibility:
- Manage daily plant operations.
- Supervise and manage labour/workforce.
- Prepare daily production reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for order planning and production schedules.
- Plan production as per customer orders.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor product quality and plant discipline.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Report daily production status to management.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping in the plant.
Experience: 2+ yrs
Qualification: Any Graduate
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
