Job Description

Consumer Goods Cloud Developer Pan India · Full Time · Remote

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Developer to design, build, and optimize B2B CRM solutions for FMCG/CPG industries, focusing on automating retail execution, visit planning, and trade promotions. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining workflows for trade fund management, product hierarchies, and assortments. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Customize retail execution solutions, including visit management, route optimization, inventory auditing, and Perfect Store KPIs
- Develop and maintain workflows for trade promotion management, including trade fund management, product hierarchies, and assortments
- Configure and troubleshoot the CG Cloud mobile app for field representatives, including offline data synchronization
- Integrate Salesforce with external platforms like ERP, DMS, and OMS
- Write scalable code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SAQL, and SOQL
- Automate retail execution and visit planning processes




- Optimize trade promotions and trade fund management

Requirements

- Manage teams of 1 Manager and 2 Senior associates
- Have 5+ years of overall Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in CG Cloud
- Possess technical stack proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs
- Have domain knowledge of FMCG/CPG field operations, retail merchandising, and distribution networks
- Hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification, with Platform Developer II and Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant certifications highly preferred
- Have proficiency in APEX
