Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented HR professional who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment(80%) along with core HR operations(20%). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in hiring technical roles, and the ability to manage HR administrative functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle (IT and Non IT), including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews (HR & technical coordination), and closing candidates until onboarding.

Utilize various recruitment methods such as headhunting, job portals, networking platforms, employee referrals, and other internet-based tools.

Handle hiring across multiple levels, especially technical roles.

Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled as per the organizational plan.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities regularly.

Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records.

Conduct employee onboarding and assist in organizing training and development programs.





Support in creating training materials under the guidance of the Learning & Development Manager.

Maintain daily attendance records and ensure accuracy.

Assist in monthly payroll processing and resolve employee payment-related issues.

Prepare and issue job offer letters and employment contracts.

Support performance management processes, including appraisals and reward systems.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)

Skills & Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Good knowledge of talent acquisition

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

Languages Required:

English

Hindi

Telugu

Additional Requirements:

Candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum 2-year service agreement.
