Role Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive to generate and close business in the rooftop and industrial & commercial (I&C;) solar segment. The ideal candidate is comfortable meeting clients, explaining solar solutions in simple terms, and managing the sales cycle from lead to closure.

Key Responsibilities

● Generate leads and identify current business opportunities in the rooftop and I&C; solar segment.

● Meet with prospective clients — residential, commercial, and industrial — to understand their energy requirements.

● Prepare and present solar proposals, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI calculations to clients.

● Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with monthly and quarterly targets.

● Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate system sizing and quotations.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

● Track market trends, competitor activity,



and government solar policies/incentives.

● Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and provide regular forecast updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business background preferred).

● 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in solar/renewable energy or related B2B/B2C sales.

● Working knowledge of the rooftop and I&C; solar sales cycle is an advantage.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.

● Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

● Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.
