We are hiring for IT Sales Manager

Job Description:
Exp:3+ Years in(B2B Enterprise or IT Sales)
Qualification: MBA((Marketing/Sales) preferred
Day shift
5 Days Working
Salary: Based on previous CTC
Location:Kondapur

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation

- Identify, generate, and qualify current enterprise business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.

Enterprise Sales Management

- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Understand customer business challenges and position appropriate IT solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Solution Selling

Promote enterprise technology solutions including:

- IT Infrastructure
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud Solutions (AWS & Azure)
- Networking & Data Center
- Managed IT Services
- Digital Workplace Solutions




- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to design customer-specific solutions.

Proposal & Negotiation Management

- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
- Ensure timely closure of business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
- Maintain regular customer engagement to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

CRM & Sales Reporting

- Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM.
- Track sales pipeline and provide regular business updates to management.
- Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
