Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Promote industrial products and engineering solutions across various marketing channels.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and branding activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

2. Digital Marketing

- Manage the company's website and ensure content is updated regularly.
- Handle LinkedIn and other social media platforms to improve brand visibility.
- Coordinate SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance using analytics tools.

3. Content & Branding

- Develop brochures, catalogs, presentations, product flyers, and technical marketing materials.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external agencies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
- Create customer success stories, case studies, and newsletters.

4. Exhibition & Event Management

- Plan and coordinate participation in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and customer events.
- Manage exhibition logistics, promotional materials, and branding.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings during exhibitions.

5. Lead Generation & Sales Support





- Generate quality B2B leads through digital campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Support the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and customer communications.
- Track marketing-generated leads and analyze conversion rates.
- Coordinate with sales for follow-up and campaign effectiveness.

6. Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare monthly marketing reports covering campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
- Track marketing KPIs and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Manage the marketing budget and vendor coordination.

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in B2B industrial marketing or engineering/manufacturing industry.
- Experience in industrial products, machine manufacturing, foundry, steel, mining, cement, power, or heavy engineering industries preferred.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, LinkedIn marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing tools.
