Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.

· Develop and manage sales of semiconductors, passive components, connectors, sensors, power supplies, and related products.

· Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads to close orders.

· Manage pricing, negotiations, and contracts with clients.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners.

· Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients.

· Identify and pursue recent business opportunities in industrial, automation, IoT, consumer electronics, and OEM segments.

Technical Expertise:

· Understand customer requirements and propose the right technical solutions.

· Provide technical support and guidance during product selection and integration.

· Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Customer Relationship Management:





· Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction.

· Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

· Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

· 2–6 years of experience in electronic components sales (B2B preferred).

· Strong technical understanding of semiconductors, passive components, and connectors.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel frequently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
