Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, prepare financial reports, and support the organization's financial planning. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory returns.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain General Ledger and journal entries.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor cash flow and Expert in MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors,



and government authorities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Guide and supervise junior accounting team members.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Finalization of Accounts.
- Financial Reporting & MIS.
- Bank & Vendor Reconciliation.
- MS Excel (Advanced).
- ERP/Tally Prime/SAP (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B. Com)
- M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred)
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Manufacturing, Construction, Real Estate, Retail, or Service Industry.
- Experience handling audits and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of ERP software.
