Key Responsibilities

- Lead design development and comprehensive construction documentation.
- Manage client communication and presentations with confidence and professionalism.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior designers to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate FF&E; selection, material sourcing, and vendor communication.
- Prepare BOQs and support project costing and procurement.
- Uphold the studio's design standards, project scope, and professional values throughout every stage of the project.

Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in luxury residential or commercial interior projects.
- Strong expertise in construction drawings and design documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E;).




- Practical understanding of BOQs, project costing and market rates.
- Strong design awareness with a keen understanding of contemporary and emerging interior design trends.
- Emotionally mature, composed and capable of managing clients and teams effectively.

Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- AutoCAD.
- SketchUp with rendering.
- Robust material and finish knowledge.
- BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
- Design presentation and client communication.
- Team leadership and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
