E-commerce Operations Executive

Experience

- 2–5 years in E-commerce Operations
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Vendor Central is mandatory.

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end Amazon operations, including Purchase Order (PO) management, shipment creation, warehouse coordination, inventory planning, and dispatch management.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience creating shipments in Amazon Seller Central (FBA) and/or Amazon Vendor Central, and should be comfortable coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatches.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Operations

- Manage Amazon Purchase Orders (Vendor Central)
- Create FBA shipments in Amazon Seller Central
- Create shipments in Amazon Vendor Central
- Generate shipment labels, carton labels, and related documentation
- Plan and monitor daily dispatches
- Track shipment status until receipt by Amazon
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and operational issues
- Coordinate with Amazon support whenever required

Warehouse Operations

- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and labour teams
- Prepare picking and packing plans
- Ensure Amazon packaging and labeling compliance
- Verify shipment quantities before dispatch
- Coordinate loading and transporter movement

Inventory & Planning

- Monitor inventory availability




- Plan dispatches based on stock levels and Amazon requirements
- Maintain shipment and inventory trackers
- Coordinate replenishment with internal teams

Reporting

- Daily shipment status reports
- Pending PO and dispatch reports
- Inventory reconciliation
- Operational MIS using Excel

Mandatory Skills (Deal Breakers)

Candidates must have:

- Hands-on experience creating Amazon Seller Central (FBA) shipments and/or Amazon Vendor Central shipments
- Experience coordinating warehouse dispatch operations
- Experience working with labour teams for picking, packing, and shipment preparation
- Good understanding of Amazon packaging and labeling requirements
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters)
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet dispatch deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with both Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
- Experience using EasyEcom, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar OMS/WMS
- Robust coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

Candidates with experience limited to:

- PPC/Advertising
- Account Management

without hands-on Amazon shipment creation experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
