We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with 7 - 11 years of core expertise in C# and .NET technologies for one of our prestigious clients in Bengaluru. In this critical technical leadership role, you will own the delivery of high-quality, scalable backend architectures, drive advanced software design excellence, and mentor engineering team members to ensure elite code standards.

Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions using C# and .NET Core. Apply advanced design patterns, modular architecture, and modern engineering practices.
- Code Governance: Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous code reviews, design critiques, secure coding practices, and strict quality governance.
- Frontend Enhancement: Collaborate on application logic and feature enhancements utilizing TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Mentorship: Provide strong technical direction and hands-on mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering continuous learning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, enterprise architects, and QA teams to define, execute, and deliver robust software iterations.
- DevOps Integration: Ensure seamless code integration with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and agile delivery timelines.
- Problem Solving: Drive root cause analysis, deep-dive troubleshooting, and the swift resolution of complex technical issues and architectural bottlenecks.

Technical Skills:

- .NET Core & C#: Expert-level,



hands-on backend development and architecture capabilities.
- TypeScript & JavaScript: Solid working experience for feature enhancement and application logic.
- Database Management: Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server for enterprise-scale distributed systems.
- Design Foundations: Advanced mastery of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and clean system design patterns.
- Quality Frameworks: Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit) and rigorous code reviews.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Methodology: Strong experience operating within high-velocity Agile/Scrum environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and clear stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred / Advantageous Skills:

- Domain expertise in Substation Automation and IEC 61850 protection/control systems.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and global energy automation landscapes.
