Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our furniture and electronics retail business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving showroom footfall, generating leads, and improving sales through both traditional and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and festive sales events.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO.
- Coordinate with creative agencies for advertisements, brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and manage showroom branding, visual merchandising, and in-store promotional activities.




- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Organize customer engagement programs, product launches, and promotional events.
- Track campaign performance using marketing analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Build relationships with media partners, influencers, and local businesses for promotional activities.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of retail marketing and consumer behavior.
- Experience in digital marketing platforms and social media management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns within deadlines.
