Job Summary:

The Indian Biogas Association seeks an experienced Sales & Marketing professional (Officer / Senior Officer) with 3–4 years’ experience in association or membership-driven organisations. You will lead membership growth and engagement by designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, managing member acquisition and retention initiatives, and preparing persuasive proposals to win new members and partners. The role requires strong CRM management, event marketing skills, and the ability to represent the association at industry forums to generate business opportunities and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Event marketing: Design and implement event sales strategies to drive attendance; collect feedback and measure outcomes to improve future events.

· Marketing execution: Create and run marketing campaigns to promote membership benefits, events, and association offerings; manage content across digital platforms to boost engagement.

· Membership growth: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new members, improve retention, and cultivate partnership opportunities through targeted outreach.

· Member engagement:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and network expansion.

· Performance analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and refine strategies to increase visibility and impact.

· Member servicing: Serve as primary contact for member enquiries, provide detailed information on membership options, and resolve issues promptly.

· CRM management: Maintain and update the CRM to track interactions, follow-ups, and prospect pipelines.

· Representation: Participate in networking events and industry forums to promote the association and develop recent business opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communications, or a related field.

3–4 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within an association or membership-driven organisation.

Proven track record in proposal writing and winning new business or partnerships.

Practical experience with membership sales strategies and CRM systems.

Skills:

· Sales acumen: Ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve targets.

· Communication: Exceptional persuasive writing and verbal presentation skills.

· Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

· Analytical: Comfort with data analysis and performance metrics to guide decisions.

· Relationship-building: Strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport with members and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
