Salary

- Business Development Manager (Kolkata): ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (3–4 Years Experience)
- Business Development Executive (Delhi): ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (6 Months–1 Year Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and target-driven Business Development Executives to expand our customer base and promote our digital business solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, referrals, and online lead generation.
- Present and explain the company's digital products and services to prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Acquire and onboard new vendors and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales goals and business targets.
- Update lead and customer information in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.

Candidate Profile

- 6 months to 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in field sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, or vendor onboarding.
- Exposure to ERP, SaaS, E-commerce, Marketplace, or other digital solutions will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with market visits.
