Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Fire Safety policies and procedures.
- Supervise daily safety and fire protection activities across the facility.
- Inspect, test, and maintain fire protection systems, including fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, and emergency equipment.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Organize and lead fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, and mock exercises.
- Respond promptly to fire incidents, emergencies, and accidents, ensuring effective emergency response.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees and contractors.
- Deliver safety induction programs and fire safety training to employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training records,
and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities and ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Supervise and guide the fire safety team during routine operations and emergency situations.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Haridwar, Uttarakhand (Haridwar, Haridwar District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
