Role & responsibilities

- Generate business opportunities by identifying prospective students and promoting the organization's programs in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with school principals, coordinators, and other stakeholders to strengthen brand presence and referral networks.
- Conduct marketing activities, including school visits, seminars, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Handle parents' and students' inquiries, provide counseling, and resolve concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Experience and Key Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the education sector.




- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in school visits, seminars, events, or promotional activities will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle student and parent inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Good presentation and counseling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in assigned territories.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (or similar platforms).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
