Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Network Administration Configure, install, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access pointsMonitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issuesImplement network security protocols and access control lists (ACLs)Manage VLANs, subnets, and IP addressing schemes Technical Support Provide Level 2/3 technical support for network-related incidentsDiagnose and resolve network outages and performance issuesDocument network configurations and maintain network diagramsCollaborate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution Infrastructure Management Plan and execute network upgrades and expansionsImplement backup and disaster recovery proceduresConduct regular network assessments and capacity planningEnsure compliance with security policies and industry standards Required Qualifications Certifications & Education CCNA certification (required) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)Additional Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) are advantageous Technical Skills Proficiency with Cisco IOS and network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios)Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologiesUnderstanding of network security principles and best practicesFamiliarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) is a plus
