Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Coimbatore
CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive school partnerships, product demos, onboarding, training, and implementation for the Zene English AI Program.

This role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in EdTech, publishing, or education sales who can manage both new business development and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities in schools and educational institutions
- Present and pitch the Zene English AI Program to school leaders and decision-makers
- Conduct teacher/staff training and support product implementation
- Ensure smooth onboarding and successful adoption of the program
- Build strong client relationships and provide post-sales support




- Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and long-term partnerships

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in education / publishing / EdTech sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills
- Comfortable with field travel and school visits
- Ability to manage both sales and implementation responsibilities
