Job Description – HR Executive

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive with 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit, while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Office roles (E-commerce, Marketing & Operations) and Warehouse roles.
- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, onboarding, and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, employee documentation and internal communication.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities, clearance, and final documentation.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle employee grievances.
- Maintain HRMS and ATS records and prepare HR MIS using MS Excel.




- Coordinate with recruitment vendors and payroll partners.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely hiring and smooth HR operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations (preferably from D2C background).
- Experience hiring for E-commerce, Marketing, Operations, and Warehouse roles.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, MS Excel, and job portals.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
