SmartDocs is an AI-powered Source-to-Pay platform helping enterprises digitize and automate their procurement and finance operations. As we scale our platform, we’re building a strong DevOps function to keep our infrastructure quick, secure, and reliable.

The Role

SmartDocs is looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform security. You’ll own our multi-cloud environment end to end, drive automation and security best practices, and lead a team of DevOps engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who likes building robust systems and growing a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and optimize our multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Build, maintain, and scale CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins
- Administer GitHub repositories, branching strategies, and access controls
- Own MongoDB administration — performance, backups, scaling, and security
- Manage identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID and O365
- Configure and maintain Cloudflare (DNS, WAF, CDN, security rules)
- Handle the full SSL certificate lifecycle — issuance, renewal, and management




- Automate routine operations and deployments through shell scripting
- Drive cloud security, compliance, and vulnerability management across environments
- Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps team while ensuring on-time delivery

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure, with 1–2 years in a lead or managerial role
- Strong hands-on expertise in Azure administration & Azure DevOps
- Solid experience with AWS / GCP administration
- Jenkins & CI/CD pipeline management
- MongoDB administration
- GitHub administration
- Microsoft Entra ID & O365 administration
- Cloudflare administration
- SSL certificate management
- Shell scripting
- Cloud security expertise
- Proven team management experience

Nice to Have

- Fluency with modern AI development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Lovable)
- Experience supporting a SaaS / enterprise product environment
