We are looking for honest, energetic, and customer-friendly Petrol Pump Nozzle Staff to provide safe and accurate fueling services to customers at our HPCL Retail Outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense Petrol, Diesel, and Power fuel accurately as per customer requirements.
- Greet customers politely and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure correct fuel grade is dispensed before fueling.
- Handle cash, UPI, cards, and other digital payments (if assigned).
- Maintain cleanliness of the dispensing unit and forecourt.
- Follow all HPCL safety procedures and fire safety guidelines.
- Check for fuel leakage or equipment abnormalities and report immediately.
- Guide customers regarding premium fuels and available offers.
- Maintain daily sales records and shift handover properly.
- Wear company uniform and safety equipment at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
- Age: 18–35 years.
- Basic reading, writing, and calculation skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
- Experience at a petrol pump is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience).
