Hiring for Assistant Manager-Precast Production

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily precast production operations (casting, curing, demoulding).
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Supervise workforce, molds, and material usage efficiently.
- Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and site teams.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and precast components.
- Implement safety practices on the production floor.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

- Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10-14 years of experience in precast or concrete production.
- Knowledge of molds, batching, reinforcement, and curing processes.
- Robust leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in villa / residential construction projects.
- Familiarity with preccast yard operations and machinery.
