About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing for Kraya AI and MiM-Essay.

You will be responsible for building the marketing strategy, managing the team, reviewing execution, and improving lead generation and conversions across paid and organic channels.

You will work closely with the founders and will be trained under them.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Build and manage the overall marketing strategy for Kraya AI and MiM-Essay.
- Lead performance marketing across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on qualified leads and conversions.
- Build organic marketing strategies for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Understand the ICP, customer behaviour, and marketing funnel for both businesses.
- Track campaign performance, marketing budgets, lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
- Manage the marketing team, set priorities, review work, and ensure timely execution.
- Work closely with the content, design, sales, and performance teams to improve marketing outcomes.
- Identify gaps in campaigns, messaging, landing pages, lead nurturing, and the overall conversion process.
- Test new creatives, audiences, offers, content formats, and marketing channels.
- Use AI tools and AI agents to improve marketing workflows, lead qualification, customer communication, reporting, and team productivity.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.




- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of Instagram marketing, YouTube marketing, content strategy, and organic growth.
- Experience generating qualified leads and improving lead-to-customer conversion.
- Solid understanding of ICP, audience segmentation, customer behaviour, and marketing funnels.
- Experience managing a marketing or content team.
- Practical experience using AI tools or AI agents for marketing, automation, content, reporting, or lead management.
- Ability to analyse marketing data, identify problems, and recommend clear actions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work closely with founders and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working from our Hauz Khas, Delhi office.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
