Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Material Requirement Planning through SAP, Ordering review & approval, Scheduling & Status Tracking
- Responsible for Material Availability as per technical standards, consumption & days of supply as per stock plan
- Responsible for Suppliers Management- SOB & supplier Payment, Inbound Premium Freight
- Responsible for Inventory Management- RM, GIT, Excess & Obsoletion
- Maintaining MIS as Ordering Value wrt demand- Monthly
- Maintaining MIS for material coverage- DAILY
- Inventory- Inbound & RM- Weekly & Premium Freight Report- Weekly
- Supplier Performance SOB- Monthly




- Liaise with departments like Purchase, Production, PPC, Store, R&D;, Quality & Finance
- NPD – new product development and change over (ECN) management
- BOM/ Material master and other SCM related SAP management
