Hiring: Service Coordinator
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
Industry Preference: Industrial Machinery / SPM / Automation

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and monitor service activities while ensuring timely and effective customer support. The role will act as a key link between customers, service engineers, and internal teams for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Receive, register, track, and follow up on customer service requests.
- Schedule service engineers for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown calls.
- Coordinate site visits, travel, logistics, and service schedules.
- Monitor service call status and ensure timely closure.
- Communicate with customers regarding engineer visits, schedules, and service updates.
- Maintain service call logs, job cards, service reports, MIS, and dashboards.
- Track AMC calls, preventive maintenance schedules, and renewals.
- Coordinate with stores for spare parts availability, dispatch,



returns, and consumption records.
- Coordinate with finance for service billing, invoicing, and closure documentation.
- Ensure adherence to service SOPs and documentation standards.
- Support audits and management reviews with accurate service data.

Required Skills

- Robust coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics service activities.
- Good customer communication and internal coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or service management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 3–6 years of experience in Service Coordination, Service Operations, After-Sales Service, or Service Support, preferably from the Industrial Machinery, SPM, Automation, or Engineering Equipment industry.
