Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to manage client interactions, drive retention, and support our immigration consultancy services. This role focuses on building trust with clients handling visas, documentation, and consultations while optimizing CRM tools for team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, resolving complaints promptly and ensuring high satisfaction in immigration processes.​
- Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) for data accuracy, campaign execution, and reporting on client engagement metrics.​
- Collaborate with sales, HR, and IT teams to upsell services, track client journeys, and comply with data privacy regulations.
- Conduct client reviews, gather feedback via surveys, and strategize to expand our customer base through targeted follow-ups.

Minimum Eligibility

- Robust & Sharp Communication Skills
- 2-5 years in CRM or customer service, preferably in consultancies or immigration services. Fresher’s can apply with pleasing personality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



or related field; CRM certifications a plus.

Interview process: -

- Need to Bring 1.pp. size photograph & Hard copy of candidate’s CV/Resume.
- 1st round of Interview will be followed with a Written Test.
- Test consists an introductory part & family details of candidate & some reasoning type Questions based on Gen.IQ & aptitude after that candidate has to write a Job application.
- After Written round there will be, Face to Face interaction rounds With HR & higher management.
- Interview Timings: - 10.am to 5.pm
