About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive with a strong background in financial accounting, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree/professional qualification and have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing core accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Accounting: Maintain and review general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations (bank, vendor, and customer).
- Compliance & Taxation: Assist with GST filings, TDS compliance, tax returns, and ensure adherence to local accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly management reports (MIS).
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor aging reports, track incoming payments, process vendor invoices, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Audit & Budgeting:



Assist internal and external auditors during annual audits; assist in budgeting and variance analysis.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, or CMA (Qualified or Finalist).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in core accounting operations.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime, SAP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
