Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production schedules are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Manage and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation and production reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Handle workforce planning, training, and performance evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹18,008.79 - ₹20,500.40 per month
