1. Video Editor

Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, shorts, and promotional videos

- Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music

- Create engaging healthcare and educational video content

- Maintain brand consistency across all client videos

- Deliver videos within deadlines

Requirements

- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve

- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social media trends

- Experience editing short-form content is preferred

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Preferred

- Experience with healthcare or educational content

2. Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, banners, posters, and branding materials

- Create visually appealing healthcare creatives

- Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency

- Collaborate with the content and social media team

Requirements

- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma

- Strong sense of typography, color, and layout

- Knowledge of social media design formats

- Ability to create creative concepts quickly

Preferred

- Portfolio showcasing social media and branding work

3. Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts

- Plan monthly content calendars and posting schedules





- Write captions, hashtags, and basic SEO-friendly content

- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages

- Coordinate shoots, approvals, and content publishing

- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports

Requirements

- Understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Experience with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools

- Ability to manage multiple client accounts

Preferred

- Experience in healthcare or service-based businesses

4. Content Writer

Responsibilities

- Write Instagram captions, YouTube titles/descriptions, blogs, website content, and ad copy

- Create simple, engaging, and medically accurate healthcare content

- Research topics and develop content ideas

- Optimize content with SEO keywords

- Coordinate with doctors and the creative team for approvals

Requirements

- Excellent written English

- Basic understanding of SEO and keyword usage

- Ability to simplify complex medical topics for the public

- Strong research skills and attention to detail
