Job Summary

Sri Chaitanya Future Pathways is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and student-focused Math Facilitator to teach Mathematics to students from Reception Years to Introductory Years (approximately 4–13 years). The ideal candidate should have strong mathematical concepts and working knowledge of Abacus, enabling them to build students' numerical fluency, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills through engaging, activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons using interactive and hands-on teaching strategies.

- Teach mathematical concepts appropriate to students across Reception, Primary, and Introductory Years.

- Conduct Abacus sessions and help students develop speed, accuracy, concentration, and mental calculation skills.

- Foster logical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Differentiate instruction to meet the learning needs of diverse students.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, manipulatives, and teaching-learning materials.

- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.

- Collaborate with class facilitators and coordinators to support student learning.

- Prepare students for school competitions, mathematics activities, and enrichment programmes.

- Maintain student records and classroom resources.

- Participate actively in school events, meetings,



and professional development programmes.

Required Skills

- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.

- Knowledge and practical experience in Abacus is mandatory.

- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

- Ability to make Mathematics enjoyable through games, activities, and real-life applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Energetic, patient, and passionate about working with children.

- Ability to work collaboratively with facilitators across different grade levels.

- Basic computer skills for lesson preparation and documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

- B.Ed. is preferred.

- Certification or experience in Abacus training is highly preferred.

- Prior teaching experience in Mathematics is an advantage.

- Freshers with strong Mathematics knowledge and Abacus skills are welcome to apply.
