A telecaller connects with prospective and current clients over the phone to promote products, generate leads, or handle support queries. A standard job description includes making outbound calls, managing client data in a CRM, meeting call targets, and solving customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to cold or warm leads using predefined scripts.Answer inbound customer queries and explain product features.Follow up on potential leads to drive sales conversions.Update and maintain customer logs and details in CRM software.Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.Handle client rejections and complaints with a qualified attitude.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
