Job Title: OTA & Hotel Reservations Executive / Manager

Location: Udaipur
Experience: 7–10 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage hotel inventory and rates across OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.)
- Handle reservations, modifications, cancellations, and guest queries.
- Operate Channel Manager and PMS software (IDS or similar).
- Ensure rate parity and inventory accuracy across all booking channels.
- Coordinate with travel agents and corporate clients to maximize bookings.
- Monitor OTA performance, promotions, reviews, and revenue opportunities.
- Generate reservation and occupancy reports.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams for seamless guest experience.

Qualification & Skills

- Hands-on experience with OTA platforms, Channel Manager, IDS PMS, or similar PMS software.
- Solid knowledge of hotel reservation systems and inventory management.
- Good network with travel agents and tour operators.
- Fluent English communication (written & verbal).
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,826.45 per month
