Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping Consultant with strong hands-on experience in tag-based Service Mapping and end-to-end implementation across hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify primary entry points and URLs used by stakeholders to access services
- Map services hosted across AWS, Azure, GCP, On-Premises, and Hybrid environments
- Discover and map key components including:
- Load Balancers (AWS ALB, F5)
- Compute resources (EC2, Azure VMs, Kubernetes)
- Databases (RDS PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB)
- Identify and map upstream/downstream integrations and service dependencies
- Build end-to-end Service Maps for approximately 15–20 business services, covering application hierarchy, dependencies, discovery patterns, validation, and production deployment
- Implement and maintain tag-based Service Mapping using cloud tags

Required Experience:





- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping (tag-based and pattern-based)
- Robust understanding of multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, On-Prem)
- Experience with load balancers, compute, and database discovery within Service Mapping
- Experience mapping business services end-to-end, from discovery through production
- Strong troubleshooting skills for discovery patterns and dependency validation

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per month
