Job description:

Job Summary:
A Travel Consultant assists clients in planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements. They provide expert advice on destinations, transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and tour packages while ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and other travel services.
- Prepare travel itineraries and provide relevant travel documentation.
- Advise clients on visa requirements, travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and travel insurance options.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, modifications, and customer inquiries.
- Resolve travel-related issues and provide support before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.
- Promote and sell travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to meet sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and promotional offers.

Required Qualifications





- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in travel consulting, customer service, or sales.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and reservation platforms.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

- Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa requirements.

Working Conditions

- Office-based
- May require flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak travel seasons.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
