Awish Dermacare Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering high-quality dermatology and skincare products that improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead product planning, marketing strategies, and lifecycle management for our skincare portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends in dermatology and skincare.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
- Prepare product positioning, promotional materials, and training content for the sales team.
- Analyze product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and distributors.
- Manage product lifecycle, pricing strategies, forecasting, and inventory planning.




- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, dermatology, or skincare industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in product launches and brand management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and market analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
