Document Engineer - Roles & Responsibilities

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.

- 1–3 years experience in automotive/foundry/casting industries.

- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA and MS Office.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain APQP & PPAP documents.

- Create Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans and Work Instructions.

- Prepare PSW, Dimensional Reports, Material Test Reports and Capability Studies.

- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Design and Customers.

- Maintain document revision control and engineering change records.

- Support internal,



customer and certification audits.

- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 documentation requirements.

- Archive and manage quality documents efficiently.
