Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective and existing students in selecting suitable academic programs. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information about courses, admissions, career opportunities, and institutional policies while ensuring a positive student experience throughout the enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility criteria, admissions, fees, scholarships, and career prospects.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend appropriate courses based on their interests, qualifications, and career aspirations.
- Manage the complete admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM or student management systems.
- Coordinate with academic, finance, and administrative departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conduct campus tours, counseling sessions, webinars, seminars, and educational events.
- Address student queries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit daily,



weekly, and monthly counseling and admission reports.
- Stay updated on institutional programs, industry trends, and higher education opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 0-1 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, education, or student services.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in higher education institutions, EdTech, universities, or training organizations.
- Knowledge of admission procedures, academic programs, and career counseling.
- Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
