We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and attendance data.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
- Handle basic HR administrative tasks.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, or other recruitment portals.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
