Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Physics Teacher to teach Grades XI & XII. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to prepare students for Board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physics to Grades XI & XII as per the CBSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom instruction.
- Train students for Board examinations and competitive entrance examinations.
- Teach Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electricity, Magnetism, Optics, Up-to-date Physics, Waves, and Electronics.
- Conduct Physics laboratory practicals and ensure laboratory safety.
- Prepare question papers, assignments, worksheets, practical records, unit tests, and model examinations.
- Conduct revision classes and doubt-clearing sessions to improve student performance.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and mentoring.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Use smart classroom technology, simulations,



and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Encourage students to participate in science exhibitions, Olympiads, and innovation projects.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, examinations, school events, and departmental activities.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and academic reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve academic excellence and board examination results.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience teaching CBSE and/or Matric Higher Secondary classes
- Proven record of excellent board examination results
- Ability to mentor students for competitive examinations
- Knowledge of NEP 2020 and competency-based learning
- Ability to integrate technology into classroom teaching

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
